This is a specially formulated In-Bed Exercise Program | Level 1, for people who are unable to exercise in a traditional way. This is for those people who wish they could do more, and gain more strength, but cannot.


This video includes a short relaxing meditation, with confidence boosting suggestions, breath control and a pain reduction suggestion. You are in control throughout this video, only do what you are able to do, and stop if you feel uncomfortable or in any serious pain.


The mantra of this video is: Yes I can do it, I can pull through it, if I stick to it, there's a way through it. Which we use as our 20 rep counter.
